This is a 1977 tokusatsu fever dream where a frozen cyborg prince wakes up 30,000 years too late and has to save a world he doesn't recognize with technology nobody else understands. The show treats its absurd premise with total seriousness, which means every fight feels like it actually matters. Guyslugger isn't a hero trying to prove himself, he's a soldier from a dead civilization learning that heroism doesn't translate across time.

A group of cyborg warriors known as Cybernoids, from the lost Antarctic Kingdom of Solon, wakes after an accidental hibernation of 30,000 years and finds the Earth greatly changed. Their old alien foe, the Inbem, has returned and is poised to invade. Aided by human allies, the Guy Slugger team and their ship, the Solongo, turn their ancient technology against the Inbem to stop the attack and avenge their vanished civilization. The result is a 1970s sci-fi action series.
