Idol Ace is a comedy short of about two and a half minutes, made by Shogakukan in summer 2005 to promote the Idol Ace manga by Adachi Mitsuru, which was about to begin in Weekly Young Sunday. Over the course of a single day, the lead character is secretly filmed by a peeping pervert. Takahashi Naohito directed, Matsubara Tokuhiro adapted the character designs, and OLM handled the animation.
