Sixteen-year-old Keisuke Saji spends much of his time daydreaming about pretty young women, and he has set his heart on winning Koizumi Akira. There's one small problem. Koizumi can't stand him. She dislikes all men, actually, and her contempt readily turns into physical violence. Most guys would take the hint. Keisuke refuses to let her rejections slow him down and keeps chasing her directly. The result is a short-episode romantic comedy with an ecchi streak, built on one boy's shameless persistence and one girl's fierce hostility.
