The comedy is relentless enough that you stop waiting for plot to happen and just ride the chaos. Ayumu bouncing between increasingly ridiculous supernatural problems while the supporting cast riffs off each other feels like watching a comedy troupe that actually understands timing. The dub locks in so perfectly that half the jokes land twice as hard in English.

Aikawa Ayumu is still a zombie, brought back by the silent necromancer Eucliwood Hellscythe, and he hopes life will return to something close to normal after his earlier misadventures. Instead, he shares a home with Eu, the hot-tempered vampire ninja Seraphim and the chainsaw-swinging masou shoujo Haruna. While staying out late after school to avoid the sun, he runs into Chris, a hard-drinking fairy with a childlike body who is plotting something. Meanwhile, foes of the masou shoujo keep school from ever being peaceful. This second season of the light novel adaptation mixes action, comedy, ecchi fanservice and supernatural mayhem across ten episodes.
