Hell Kindergarten doesn't animate, it vibrates. Static frames jitter and twitch like something alive is trapped inside them, turning laziness into a visual joke that lands harder than actual movement ever could. The demon toddlers exist in this intentionally broken space, and that's where the comedy lives: not in what they do, but in how wrongly the show refuses to show it to you.
