SYNOPSIS
Humanity survived its war with the kaiju, but the creatures' essence refuses to disappear. Every so often, girls are born carrying the souls and powers of these monsters within them, transforming into living weapons with abilities beyond human comprehension. An elite organization called GIRLS recruits these kaiju girls to maintain the fragile peace that now defines the world. But peace attracts predators. From the darkness emerges BLACK STARS, a faction of rogue kaiju girls who reject their role as Earth's protectors. Their agenda remains shrouded in mystery as they expand their ranks, recently bringing in a confused new recruit who struggles to understand what she's become and why she's been chosen for this violent cause. What unfolds is a collision between duty and rebellion, between girls forced into extraordinary roles and those who embrace the chaos their powers can unleash. The story pits organization against organization, each convinced their path serves humanity's future, while the kaiju girls caught between them grapple with identity, loyalty, and the weight of the monsters sleeping inside their hearts.
