Anime Like Madonna
This is a 1988 OVA where the joke is that a new teacher shows up to a school full of delinquents determined to torment her, and she just... stays. SYNOPSIS
Mako takes her first teaching job at Gyunabe High School armed with enthusiasm and a curriculum, only to discover her classroom is populated by incorrigible delinquents more interested in causing chaos than learning. Their ringleader, Obayashi, leads a relentless campaign of pranks and harassment designed to test her patience and dignity at every turn. Just when she thinks things can't get worse, the principal assigns her an additional responsibility: coaching the school's rugby team, a ragtag group of athletes who are somehow even more troublesome than her students. Caught between her professional obligations and a student body determined to make her life miserable, Mako must figure out how to maintain her composure while surviving increasingly outrageous schemes. What starts as a battle of wills between a dedicated teacher and stubborn troublemakers becomes something more complicated as unexpected connections form beneath the pranks and mockery. This sports comedy trades typical school drama for pure slapstick chaos, mixing athletic hijinks with situations that test every ounce of Mako's resolve.
