This is a 1988 OVA where the joke is that a new teacher shows up to a school full of delinquents determined to torment her, and she just... stays. Mako arrives at Gyunabe High School as a new teacher, hoping to inspire her pupils, only to find her class packed with misfits led by the delinquent Obayashi.
