A magical girl who grants wishes gets stuck with a loser protagonist and has to watch him waste every single one. The comedy lives in that gap between her exhausted disappointment and his oblivious optimism. It's a romance that doesn't need to prove itself because both characters are already comfortable being around each other, which makes the actual moments land harder than any confession ever could.

Kota Shibaki suddenly finds himself holding a bunch of magical tickets. Rurumo is a witch who was demoted to apprentice, and she uses the tickets as part of her training in the human world, while Kota can spend them to have wishes granted. The catch is that every ticket he uses cuts his life shorter, so helping Rurumo may cost him his own life. The romaji title marks this two-episode OVA as the concluding chapter, and it mixes comedy, ecchi, fantasy and romance. It was released bundled with a limited edition of the ninth volume of the Majimoji Rurumo: Houkago no Mahou Chuugakusei manga.
