SYNOPSIS
Two interwoven stories about the weight of promises and the ache of moving forward. In the first, Shogo's peaceful relationship with Neo gets upended when Kanata, his ex, resurfaces without warning. Her sudden appearance forces both Shogo and Neo to confront uncomfortable truths about where they stand and what they really want. Unresolved feelings collide with present commitments, and no one walks away unchanged. The second narrative follows Inori as she arrives alone at the annual fireworks festival, a tradition she and her boyfriend Isshu built together since their first meeting there. This year he's caught up in work, but his absence speaks louder than any excuse. Standing in the crowd, watching the sky light up, Inori retraces two years of memories: the weight of their promise, the slow shift in his priorities, and what it means when someone stops showing up. Both stories live in that gray space between love and loss, where nostalgia and reality collide. This is romance without neat answers, where the past has teeth and the present demands honesty neither character is ready to give.
