Pikachu washes up on an island where nobody knows what a Pokémon is, and the show gets to watch it discover friendship from complete zero. Every episode is about a different 'mon learning to live alongside others in a place where battle hierarchies don't matter. It's a comfort watch built on the smallest moments: Dedenne figuring out how to help, Ludicolo just existing as chaos, a tiny electric mouse learning that being famous somewhere else doesn't mean anything here. The show knows cozy doesn't require stakes.

Pikachu comes to Monpoké Island, where the famous Pokémon crosses paths with Dedenne, Ludicolo and a range of other residents. Spread across ten episodes, this 2025 ONA mixes comedy, fantasy and slice of life, following Pikachu's time on the island and the company he finds among the Pokémon who live there.
