The Paranormal Liberation Front, a huge criminal organization led by Tomura Shigaraki, has become an immense threat to the Hero Association, strengthened by the overwhelming quirks of Twice and Gigantomachia. When the undercover hero Hawks reports that Shigaraki is absent, the Hero Association commits all of its forces to a surprise strike on the enemy headquarters, and the UA students, grown stronger through their internships, are sent into battle once more. Caught off guard, the villains must regroup and fight back, while the heroes aim to wipe out every one of them.
