Thirteen girls, zero stakes, maximum comfort. Nijiyon Animation doesn't pretend to be anything more than hanging out with people you already like, and that simplicity is the entire point. The 3D chibi art style moves so smoothly it makes you want to rewatch scenes just to watch them move again. This is the show you put on when you need to remember that sometimes a scene of girls eating snacks together is enough.

The Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is close to being disbanded, and its thirteen members have to pull together to keep it alive. Adapted from a four-panel comic spinoff of Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, this short-format comedy follows the everyday lives of these girls, mixing cute slice-of-life moments with drama, suspense and plenty of excitement.
