A guy named Okama is literally trapped between his male self and his female persona Catherine, and the show mines actual comedy gold from the impossibility of that situation. He's attracted to himself as a girl, working at a transvestite bar, trying to confess to someone who only knows half of who he is. It's the kind of premise that could crash and burn in a second, but the OVA commits to the absurdity without apology.

Okama has more than one problem. His name is Japanese slang for a gay man, and he finds himself attractive when he dresses as a woman. He ends up working at a transvestite bar, where he becomes friends with a girl named Miki. She knows him only as Catherine, his female persona, so revealing that he is really a straight man is no simple matter. Complicating things further, Miki has a boyfriend who will try anything to get closer to her. The result is a three-episode comedy OVA with an ecchi streak, built around cross-dressing and romantic confusion.
