Haru's learned something most people spend their whole lives chasing: the difference between struggling and striving. This show doesn't ask you to fix anything about yourself, it just lets you watch someone finally exhale, surrounded by creatures that ask nothing except to be cared for. Four episodes of pure permission to stop trying so hard.

Haru has found her footing as a resort concierge and is no longer the newcomer she once was. Alongside her partner Psyduck, she welcomes a new wave of Pokémon guests, among them Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine and Corphish. Her days pass in a fun, relaxed rhythm, broken now and then by problems she steps in to sort out. Then a man named Kent turns up, apparently Haru's former boyfriend, and why he has come to the resort is far from clear. Meanwhile, Tyler's uncle Dan arrives with the Sealeo that has been his companion for fifteen years. Dan sometimes looks a little forlorn, and something seems to be weighing on him. The result is a gentle slice-of-life fantasy set among people and Pokémon at a resort.
