Two rabbit kingdoms, one Black and one White, exist side by side. They were meant to be a pair, yet by some twist of fate they have never met, and the world remains unsteady and incomplete. Hajime, the young king of the Black Rabbit Kingdom, is troubled by disasters striking the nations around him. Meanwhile Prime Minister Haru, his aides Kakeru and Koi, Prince Aoi and his escort Arata are busy getting ready for the coming World Congress and a ball celebrating fifteen years of Hajime's reign. In the White Rabbit Kingdom, Shuno, who calls himself the Demon King, proposes a picnic to the Black Rabbit Kingdom. King Kai, Prince Rui, the guards Yoh and Iku, and the former military officer Yoru set out together, and the two kingdoms are about to meet. The film is a fantasy with music, made to mark the tenth anniversary of Tsukiuta.
