Five high school girls come back together as Sailor Victory, a secret group of vigilantes that fights crime in Mikado, a virtual-future city on the distant planet Totsu Asuka. Crimes committed with armed robots are rising, and the city police are poorly equipped to stop them. The team commands three giant ninja robots named Gion, Momoyama and Sagano. With its reputation sinking, the police force will go to any lengths, fair or not, to look better than Sailor Victory. Meanwhile a disgraced, resentful city official turns to evil and allies himself with the sinister Margarita. The mecha and science fiction OVA runs two episodes.
