Nobody expects a mobile game adaptation to actually understand what makes dating sims work. This one does. You're running a restaurant where six different guys keep showing up, each one impossible in a different way, and the movie lets you feel why each route matters instead of rushing through them like a checklist. The real hook is that it never pretends the romance is secondary to some larger plot, it knows you're here for the specific moment when someone orders your food and looks at you like you just changed their day.

Tokimeki Restaurant☆☆☆ MIRACLE6 is a 2018 theatrical film drawn from the mobile game Tokimeki Restaurant☆☆☆. In the game, players step into the role of a newly arrived chef working at a small restaurant, where they meet a number of male idols who live close by and can choose to pursue romance with them. The film brings that setup to the screen as a romance with a music focus.
