Sixteen girls in Sagamihara, a real city in Kanagawa Prefecture, chase their dream of getting up on stage. They are not reaching for the title of top idol. As members of Tsubu Doll, they are local idols who live in the city and throw themselves into idol work there. What sets the story apart is its realism: these are the kind of girls you could meet anywhere. The five-episode OVA is a musical slice of life, and it also sets out to showcase the actual Sagamihara area and the products it is known for.
