Team Blackout loses the guy who held it together, and instead of a tournament bracket to punch through, Yu-yu and Megumi are stuck in the awful gap between knowing something was coming and not being able to stop it. Touya is the real engine here: a kid trying to pay off a debt he can't actually pay, cardfighting his way toward an apology nobody asked for. The trick overDress pulls is that the deck itself becomes the group chat, the thing that drags four stubborn people back into the same room even when they're too proud to text first. And Yu-yu, still hauling around a home life that dresses him up and speaks over him, keeps choosing the night fights in Kanazawa because that's the only table where he gets to be the one deciding.
