In Most City, a small publishing company on the second floor of an old building produces Delusional Monthly Magazine, a science periodical covering bizarre events and phenomena that leave even scientists stumped. The staff is tiny: a beautiful editor-in-chief, her sole editor Tarou J. Suzuki, a grade-school assistant named Jirou Tanaka, and his dog Saburou. The editorial office sits empty, since Tarou, Jirou and Saburou usually hang out in Rock, the coffee shop on the ground floor. When a scientist named Gorou Satou drops by for a consultation, an outlandish new story begins. Comedy, mystery and the supernatural mix throughout.
