A package from Cyberdoll Mami arrives at Kazuya's apartment, and inside are five tiny Chibi-Cyberdoll Mays. Later, an accident splits May's personality among the five little dolls, so each one ends up with its own distinct piece of who she is. Elsewhere, Rena finds a lost child and takes it home with her. The result is a one-episode special that mixes comedy, romance, sci-fi and ecchi elements.
