Hiiragi Utena returns for a second season as the leader of the local villains. Once a devoted fan of the magical girls who protect her city, she was transformed into a villain instead of a hero, and she discovered that she enjoys the role and has a natural talent for tormenting the very girls she adores. Adapted from Ononaka Akihiro's manga, the show is a darkly comic spin on the magical girl genre, mixing ecchi humor with slice of life.
