Lina and Naga spend an entire movie arguing about treasure while everything around them explodes. The comedy is less about plot and more about two people who have seen every apocalypse coming and refuse to take any of it seriously. It knows exactly what it is: a 60-minute shrug that costs nothing to watch and delivers exactly the mess you signed up for.
The people of Biaz are being forced to work for the Zein organization, a group bent on taking over the world. To drive the invaders out, the villagers hire Lina Inverse and Naga the Serpent. The pair accept, drawn in by stories of Elfin treasure resting beneath the village. They soon find far more trouble than they expected, both from the Zein and from the treasure itself. The result is a fantasy adventure movie that leans hard on comedy.
