Kei Kunieda is a popular young newscaster with a double life. On camera he's the charming, perfect prince everyone adores, but in private he's naggy and sharp-tongued, writing off the people around him as incompetents. While off duty in a tracksuit and mask, he runs into Ushio Tsuzuki, a stop-motion animator he interviewed only recently, who doesn't seem to recognize him. Kei gives the false name Owari and ends up having to help Tsuzuki with his work. That lie leaves Tsuzuki knowing two versions of Kei without realizing they're the same man, and as feelings grow between them, Kei can't be sure whether Tsuzuki will love both sides of him or only half. The film is a boys' love romance adapted from a light novel series.
