A year after vanishing without explanation, Masato Kaneda resurfaces to take charge of Tetsujin 28 FX, a new robot built to defend the world. Decades have gone by since Shotaro Kaneda and the original Tetsujin 28 kept Earth safe, yet evil has not gone away. Masato's main enemy is the sinister Neo Black Gang, though other villains and rogue robots also appear. His family and friends stand with him, and his brilliant mother Yoko keeps improving the FX.
